The Occupational Safety and Health Review Board was created in 1973, by Minnesota Statutes 182.664 to issue decisions involving untimely contested OSHA citations and proposed penalty cases, and to review appeals of administrative law judge orders involving OSHA citations.
The review board consists of one member representing management, one member representing labor and one member representing the public.
The Occupational Safety and Health Review Board will meet Mon., April 12, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. in the Washington Room, located on the first floor of the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, 443 Lafayette Road N., St. Paul, MN 55155.
