• 2009 conversion factors -- Minnesota Rules
  For dates of service from Oct. 1, 2009, through Sept. 30, 2010, the conversion factors are as follows:
  • for medical/surgical services in part 5221.4030:  $81.63;
  • for pathology/laboratory services in part 5221.4040:  $68.17;
  • for physical medicine/rehabilitation services in part 5221.4050:  $70.77; and
  • for chiropractic services in part 5221.4060:  $58.78.
